Based on the draft regulation of July 23, 2025, entrepreneurs performing road transport will be able to apply for support under de minimis aid for partial or full reimbursement of costs for purchasing and installing smart tachographs that comply with EU Regulation No. 165/2014.
Funding is provided by the National Recovery Plan (Krajowy Plan Odbudowy - KPO) and is included in component E2.2.1 with the aim of increasing the level of safety in road transport.
